Great interest in bird scaring with MOWACOM

With a history stretching back several decades, it is still one of the most frequented industry gatherings for the airport sector: last week the inter airport europe drew once more many thousands of trade visitors to Munich. The main task of this trade fair: to cater for the new air of optimism in the aerospace industry.

As one of over 400 airport suppliers, Hänsch presented itself to the highly specialised trade visitors with participants from more than 100 nations. Our product presentation focused on the MOWACOM system and our ICAO-compliant DBF 4000, COMET and COMET-S products. An acoustic highlight was our solution for bird scaring at airports. Simplified explanation: bird noises played back over MOWACOM are intended to scare off the animals before they become a hazard. There was enormous interest in our solution; our bird scarer sounded again and again, thus constantly drawing attention.

Decision makers from various German and European airports obtained detailed advice on our numerous innovations at our booth. The overall balance of this trade fair was thus consistently positive. The inter airport is still regarded as a central industry gathering with a history and was once again an excellent opportunity for Hänsch to converse with all shareholders from this sector.
