Hänsch takes over Signalis B.V. in the Netherlands

Hänsch opens a branch in the Netherlands and takes over the shares of Signalis B.V. A close partnership has existed between Hänsch and Signalis B.V. for almost 10 years. As Hänsch's exclusive sales partner, Signalis B.V. has successfully placed Hänsch's product portfolio on the Dutch market. Before Signalis B.V. was part of the worldwide Ziegler Group.

The acquisition fits perfectly into Hänsch's growth strategy and expands Hänsch's international location policy in addition to the existing European Hänsch branches in France, Austria and Spain.

Up to now, Hänsch has mainly been represented with its standard products in the Netherlands. With Hänsch Signalis B.V., new opportunities for market penetration in the area of individual system solutions are opening up - these include, for example, complete plug & play packages in the area of special electronics for emergency vehicles of the police, fire brigade and rescue services.

The new location in Heerenveen is centrally located in the Netherlands. With its know-how and important business contacts, Hänsch also benefits from the very well established sales network.
